To hide the toolbar with Done and others on top of the keyboard, <preference name="HideKeyboardFormAccessoryBar" value="true"/>

I've used it myself, but it doesn't seem to work well on iOS because of a Cordova bug.
It seems that there are many people who transferred to this way.I think Monaca can incorporate more than the Gold plan.
