Changing the Value of the Visual Studio 2017 User Macro

I am using Visual studio 2017.

I added a user macro in the project file and set the value.
The user macro was added to the project file by adding the following two lines to the project file:
Enter a description of the image here

US>The macro was created in the project file with the intention of making it possible to modify one of the frequently used keyword modifications.

Could you tell me how to change this value in the properties dialog?
