There are $(Configuration) and $(ConfigurationName) in the Visual Studio macro, but what's the difference? It looks like it contains the same thing.

The difference between the include directory and the additional include directory also mentioned a little, but since the build system has changed since Visual Studio 2010, which version of the question is important.Also, 2010 or later may be for compatibility with previous versions, if any.
