Understanding the Impact of Migrating from a Dual-Stack IPv4/IPv6 Environment to an IPv6 Only Environment

I learned from my official blog that AWS can now create IPv6-only VPC subnets to meet the system requirements of the U.S. federal government.

However, this article does not understand the impact of migrating from a dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 environment to an IPv6 only environment.Could someone tell me specifically if these cases are affected?

If you use IPv4, you'll be affected, and if you don't, you'll just be unaffected.

As for usage, for example, do you want to log all IPv4 communications in VPC flow log, check the usage, and migrate to IPv6 sequentially?
