Questions about installing Ravel

What do you want to solve

I'm trying to install Ravel, but I can't install it because it looks like a screenshot.

How can I install it?Please let me know if anyone knows.

What I tried myself

I tried to google it myself and try to install it with another command, such as $composer create-project larvel/larvel=5.5 larvel_project, but this method also didn't work.

As advised by hinaloe in the comment section, after running larvel new, we were able to launch laravel.
