What are the components of the TntComCtrls.hpp file?

The following error occurred when building in C++ Builder 10.3:

[bcc32c fatal error] Main.h(14): 'TntComCtrls.hpp' file not found

I searched the entire C drive in Explorer for this header file called TntComCtrls.hpp, but it didn't catch me at all.
What kind of feature is this header file called TntComCtrls.hpp?
Also, are there any websites that I can get or purchase?
Please let me know.

Wouldn't it be possible to compile TntLibR.bpk in the CBuilder folder in TntUnicodeControls_2.3.0.zip first and install TntLibD.bpk?

If the compilation error does not work, you may want to recreate the new package and add files.

By the way, TntUniCodeControls is basically unnecessary for 10.3 because it is a control to support Unicode in non-Unicode-enabled environments prior to CBuilder 2007/Delphi 2009.
