I want to install homebrew and mysql.

I have a similar question in the past, but if you are using anti-virus software on your mac, disabling it (temporarily) may solve the problem.

Alternatively, there may be a problem if you are connecting to a network through a firewall from a LAN environment such as a company or school.Contact your network administrator if this is the case.
