I want to create a REST API in Azure

Hello
I want to create a RESTful API with Azure.
How do I do that? • After creating the REST API locally, issue it to AzureAppService
• Using AzureDataFactory

I think there is.
Is this possible?
Or is there another way?

I think the easiest way is to create a simple API using Azure Logic Apps only with the GUI.

Next, you can easily create a way to use AzureFunctions without considering the environment.
