SD card connected to SPRESENSE is not recognized

Excuse me.
As stated in the title, the SD card connected to the expansion board is not recognized.
After connecting the SD card, I tried the following operation, but I am having trouble recognizing the SD card from both sides.

· USB connection to expansion board to verify SD card recognition in Windows environment (energized)
·Verify that SD cards can be recognized on serial terminals after USB connection to the main board and various operations are performed in the Spresense SDK environment on Ubuntu.

It's my first time to touch a microcomputer board, so I'm sorry for my lack of knowledge and experience, but I don't understand it at all, so I wrote it down to ask for your advice.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information that will lead to the resolution.
