Proxy authentication pop-up required at VS Code startup fails to pass authentication, but is there a way to authenticate?

My company PC asks for proxy authentication when starting VS Code, but no matter what I type, there is no response when I press OK.
If you press OK without entering anything, this field appears.
There is no response when I press Cancel.

Due to the above, I am troubled that I cannot use plugin.
If you can pass proxy authentication in another way and plugin is available, the behavior of this pop-up doesn't matter.

Reinstalling VS Code failed.
