The .htaccess file on the server does not appear when connecting with FTP software.

I would like to extract data from the source server in order to move the wordpress server.

After connecting to the source server via FTP software, .htaccess is not displayed under the root directory and the file cannot be downloaded.
My FTP software is FileZilla, and I have configured it to display hidden files, but it does not.

In this situation, I am having trouble downloading the .htaccess file and uploading it to the destination.

For SSH connections, it appears under the root directory, so we know that the file itself exists.

Regarding the above situation, could you please let me know if there are any countermeasures?(If possible, I would like to download and upload .htaccess files via FTP software.)
