If the payment is carried forward by regular payment via PayPal

If I transfer the outstanding amount to the next month, will there be a settlement error if there is no balance for two months in the PayPal balance?Or is it possible to pay only for one month?

If there is no balance for 2 months, it will be an error occurs.Payment for only one month will not be made.
Also, if you want to pay only the amount carried forward, you can use the BillOutstandingAmount API.
