Create Storage Containers in Azure Resource Manager

How do I create containers in storage from the Resource Manager? Don't you have any?
I want to make a script, but I can't find any commands.

None of the ARM commands seem to be working directly at the moment.
However, the API of the operation itself does not change, so could you do it this way?
