"Invalid Python Interpreter Selected for Project" in PyCharm

I am learning Python using PyCharm.
I've been confused that Python didn't start up for a long time, but I got an error.

Error: The project shows an invalid python interpreter selected.

How can I solve this problem?

Please let me know.

Pycharm does not install Python itself.
So please install Python separately and let me know the path.
