Unable to update to macOS Catalina

I was going to update macOS Mojava 10.14.6 to macOS Catalina, but
Your Mac is up to date and cannot be updated to Catalina.
Could you tell me how to avoid this?

Open the terminal, copy and paste softwareupdate --reset-ignored, and press the return key.
