The domain configured on Route 53 is no longer accessible.

Currently, there is a Vue.js application that is distributed via CloudFront using static hosting of AWS S3 (hereafter omitted AWS), and I made it accessible from the domain registered with Route 53, but it was no longer accessible from around noon.
When accessed through a browser, it appears as follows:
Enter a description of the image here
The domain you registered with Route 53 is here
https://smart-kitchen.website
The CloudFront domain is here.
https://d1gahpd5mshou8.cloudfront.net
Accessible from CloudFront.

I tried running the nslookup command, but it seems that the name has not been resolved.

****@MacBook-Pro smart-kitchen-client%nslookup smart-kitchen.website
Server: 2001:a7ff:5f01::a
Address: 2001: a7ff:5f01::a#53

** server can't find smart-kitchen.website:NXDOMAIN

I deleted the record of Route 53 once and registered it again, but it didn't change and I don't know what to do, so I would like your advice.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Check the status of the domain in the Whois search information

Domain Status: clientHoldhttps://icann.org/epp#clientHold

appears.
This is a condition in which the registrar indicates that the domain is down for some reason.
For more information, please refer to the AWS document, but

Payment is delayed, authentication such as email is insufficient, and necessary documents have not been submitted. It is a general procedure to be taken.
You should have checked the status on Route 53, or you should have received an email from AWS to the email address that you have set up for the domain.You will need to check it and take some action.
If you still don't understand, I think you have to ask AWS for support.
