I have purchased a Griffin Technology USB Powermate and want to use this map to values on the program.Specifically, I would like to be able to receive values in a format similar to OSC, in max/MSP, C++, Node.js, or Python.I use a Mac Catalina for development. (Windows 10 is available) Please let me know if you have any insights. Thank you for your time. Griffin TeI would like to purchase chnology USB Powermate and use it as an external USB controller for the program. There seems to be no update on the driver support, so I don't know how to use it.I would be happy if I could send the values to either max/MSP or C++, Node.js or Python in the same format as the OSC.I am currently developing using Mac Catalina (Windows 10 is also available). Please let me know if you have any knowledge.
The affected product appears to be quite old (around 2015-16), and the supported operating systems are limited to Windows XP and Vista. I couldn't find it on the official website, and it seems that it's already out of line-up and support.
Shouldn't we first check if the developers' usage methods that we envision are supported? (Probably only through the utility of the product)
